Choose to Unite is a song and music video inspired by human souls on fire for the future of our country and world. It was created by visionary artist Susan Slotter, with Eric George (music), Grant Taylor (videography) and a community of souls in Santa Fe who contributed their time, talent and spirit on a pro bono basis to the creative cause (see Video Credits for the list of these amazing people). The project was inspired by the question, What, in this crucial campaign, could infuse positive energy and a focus on what really matters?

"For the first time in my life, I felt called to contribute whatever I could to a political campaign.  As you said, we don’t have any time to lose. In the end,
I wanted to feel that I had done the most I could to help our country elect a leader
who would help shape a future that we and the world deserve."

For any of you inspired to help ignite as many Americans for Obama as possible, we'd like to enroll your help on any of the following simple things you could do with the song and video:

#1  Forward this website and YouTube link to anyone you know who may be inspired — including people overseas (EVERY Vote Counts)!

#2  Contact local university (young voters are our future!) and independent radio stations with request to play the "Choose To Unite" song (refer them to this website for the song and video)

#3  Post a Comment on YouTube or e-mail your response to the video to info@choosetounite.com — we may add to the "Response" page on this website

#4  Share the Song itself with others - it can be downloaded from iTunes or Amazon.com and put it on your iPod

#5  Share the song and video with fellow activists at Obama grassroots offices/meetings. Many have suggested that the song and video should be playing to inspire volunteers – lifting them up for their days of calling and canvasing!

#6  Share the Choose To Unite video and website with anyone in the MEDIA you feel would be interested (call or send e-mails to PR people, local and national newspapers, weekly magazines, radio and TV talk shows, etc.)

#7  Above all, make sure you and everyone you talk to are REGISTERED TO VOTE and CAST YOUR VOTE!!!!
